Agreement
By accessing or using theartwear.in (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
User Accounts & Third-Party Sign-In
You may create an account using your email address or by signing in via Google (“Google Sign-In”). By using Google Sign-In, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The information we receive from Google (name, email, profile picture) is used solely to create and identify your account — see our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To revoke Google's access to your account, visit your Google Security Settings. To delete your Art Wear account and associated data, email us at yokoso@theartwear.in.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems
- —Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or checkout
- —Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site
- —Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- —Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the Site
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders at our discretion. Product images are representative — actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is final for that transaction.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept orders at our discretion and reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. Currently, all orders are Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including designs, graphics, text, logos, and product images — is the property of The Art Wear or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Art Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes
