The Art Wear (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates theartwear.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.
Data We Collect

Google Sign-In Data
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the following information from your Google account solely to create and identify your account:
- —Name: to personalise your account
- —Email address: as your unique account identifier
- —Profile picture URL: displayed in your account area
We do not request access to your Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service. Only basic profile information is used.
We do not collect payment card numbers or bank account details. All COD orders are settled in cash at delivery.

Google API Services
The Art Wear uses Google Sign-In for authentication only. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- —We do not transfer your Google data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in Singapore. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your shipping address with our logistics partner solely to deliver your order. We use analytics tools (privacy-first, no tracking cookies) to understand general site usage.
Google account data (name, email, profile picture) received via Google Sign-In is used only for authentication and account creation. It is not shared with, sold to, or used by any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Your Rights
You have the right to:

Google Account — Revoking Access
If you signed in with Google, you can revoke The Art Wear's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete your account data stored on our platform. To request deletion of your synced Google data (name, email, profile picture) from our systems, email us at yokoso@theartwear.in and we will process your request within 30 days.
