Exchanges.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. After this window, returns will not be accepted.
Eligible Items
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- —Unworn and unwashed
- —In original packaging with all tags attached
- —Not a limited drop or sale item (these are final sale)
- —Not customised or altered in any way
How to Return
Email yokoso@theartwear.in with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will verify eligibility and send a pickup confirmation within 48 hours.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Keep the pickup receipt.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for the original piece and place a new order separately.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
