How do I place an order?

Browse the archive, select your piece and size, add to bag, and proceed to checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — no online payment required.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at yokoso@theartwear.in. Once confirmed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below that threshold.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. Sale items and limited drops are final sale.

Email yokoso@theartwear.in with your order ID and reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received.

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or piece.

Are your pieces limited edition?

Yes. Most drops are produced in limited quantities and are not restocked. When a piece sells out, it is archived permanently.

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. When in doubt, size up — our cuts tend to run true to size.
