Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to your registered address. You can also monitor the status in your account under Order History.
Payment on Delivery
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please keep exact change ready. COD availability is subject to your pincode and will be confirmed at checkout.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will re-attempt once. If both attempts fail, the order returns to our warehouse and may be cancelled. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.
